- Is the Upgraded Booking service really complimentary?
- Yes. When we book your stay through our partner programmes, the additional benefits are layered on at no extra cost to you.
- Do you charge planning fees?
- Upgraded Booking carries no planning fee. Trip Design and Trip Design Full carry a planning fee, quoted before any work begins. Fees are non-refundable and are not credited toward your booking. A full fee agreement is sent before we start.
- How far in advance should I plan?
- For peak seasons we recommend three to six months. For last-minute travel, reach out - we frequently arrange complete itineraries in days.
- Is there a surcharge for last-minute travel?
- Yes. For travel departing within 60 days, a 25% surcharge applies to the planning fee. Within 30 days, 50%. Tighter timelines demand more and we are upfront about this from the start.
- Which destinations do you cover?
- Worldwide. Our partner network spans Europe, the Mediterranean, the Americas, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific.
